Is it possible to request a specific room number?

You can request a specific room number, however depending on availability we cannot guarantee that the room will be available. Therefore, please request in advance.

Does my room have a safe?

Yes, all rooms at Pavillon Monceau are equipped with a safe.

Is there heating and air conditioning in the rooms?

Yes, our rooms have heating and also air conditioning that we switch according to the outside temperature.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

We cannot provide extra beds. However, we do have junior suite that can accommodate up to 3 people.

Is it possible to bring a guest to my room?

You can have a guest in your room if the number of persons in the room does not exceed the maximum capacity. However, if an extra person is staying in your room, they must go to reception and if they are staying in the hotel, they must pay the tourist tax of €1.88 per person per night.

Are there rooms with balcony?

Yes, a total of 12 of our rooms have a balcony. (Club Balcony, Executive Balcony and Junior Suite Balcony)

Do the rooms face the courtyard or the street?

A large majority of our rooms face the street. Only 6 rooms face the courtyard.

What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?

We welcome you from 15:00 for your arrival. For departure, you must hand in your room before 12:00.

Is the room equipped with a hairdryer?

Yes, all our rooms have a hairdryer.

Can a double room accommodate a 3-person stay?

No, but the lobby is accessible to everyone and you can join your guests there.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, the Pavillon Monceau Hotel has connecting rooms. (Family Room).

Is it possible to get a refund for a non-refundable offer?

No, it is impossible to get a refund for a non-refundable offer.

Is the rate per person or per room?

The rate is per room, but you will have to pay a tourist tax of €5,20 per person over 18 years of age, to be paid on arrival.
If the rate is not a prepayment, payment will be made on arrival. A pre-authorisation for the first night will be blocked (amount withheld, not debited) 4 days before your arrival in our establishment.
This pre-authorisation will be released at check-out and will be available on your bank account between 1 and 5 days after your departure (depending on the time of your bank).

Is breakfast included to the room rate?

This depends on the offer. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of each offer.

Which credit cards are accepted?

How do I cancel or change my reservation?

When you book directly through our website, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation. Instructions to update your stay are detailed in the e-mail (based on your booking policy).

If you have booked through a third-party, we invite you to contact the platform in order to edit your booking.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, the Hotel Pavillon Monceau does not offer smoking rooms. We may ask you to pay a disinfection and cleaning fee of up to 150€ if the ban is broken.

Why am I being charged for the first night?

A pre-authorization of the value of the first night of your stay is made as a guarantee (the amount is blocked on your account but is not debited). In case of no-show, late cancellation, damage to the room or unpaid extras, this amount will be debited. Otherwise, the amount will be released at check-out. The amount will then be available within 3 to 5 working days (depending on your bank's regulations).
