Cancellations:
Any cancellation received before 5pm of the day before the planned arrival date shall not be subject to cancellation fees. Any cancellation received after this time shall be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
- one night (plus taxes) for stays of less than 4 nights;
- two nights (plus taxes) for stays of 5 to 10 nights;
- three nights (plus taxes) for stays of over 10 nights.
Certain promotional rates are "non refundable" regardless of the date of cancellation. In this case the foregoing cancellation fees will not apply and the total prepaid amount cannot be refunded for whatever reason.
Non arrival (of a booking ) where no cancellation has been made shall be deemed a “non presentation” and shall be subject to the foregoing cancellation fees. The effective date of a written cancellation shall be the date of receipt by the hotel.
